tion changes during glacial times. This unique set

of simulations will be thus used to perform more

detailed analysis on weather types and extremes

with a more regional focus planned during the

6-month extension of the project in 2012. In par-

allel, we plan to build on this set a regionalization

which might enable us to couple an ice sheet mod-

el to our model output. First steps toward such

a new project are already planned together with

ENSI early 2012.
